3. Call Recordings and Transcripts

All calls handled by AnswerFly are recorded and transcribed. You, as the account holder, own all call recordings and transcripts generated for your account. We store this data securely and use it solely to provide and improve your service. We do not share call data with third parties except as required by law.

4. Customer Data

Information collected from your callers (names, addresses, phone numbers, and issue descriptions) is captured on your behalf and transmitted to you via SMS and stored in your dashboard. This data belongs to you and your business. We treat all caller data with strict confidentiality.

5. SMS Communications

If you submit your phone number through our website and opt in to receive text messages, AnswerFly may send you automated SMS messages related to your demo, follow-up, pricing, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. We use your phone number and related information to send requested communications and provide our services.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure access controls, and regular security audits. We never sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

AnswerFly uses Retell AI for voice processing technology. Call audio is processed through Retell AI's infrastructure in accordance with their privacy and security standards. We have data processing agreements in place with all third-party providers.
